The ATS division provides after sales services to all Ashraf customers both in the Government and Private sectors. They are recognized by the MOH (Ministry of Health) for their excellent services. The ATS was the first in the Middle East to be awarded the golden awards by our Principal Eastman Kodak for excellent performance during 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000 & 2001.
The ATS employs a staff of qualified and experienced engineers and technicians. The ATS staff regularly joins training programs arranged by our principals with respect to service of all lines of products represented by the Company. The ATS has 12 Engineers at its disposal available 24 hrs a day, seven days a week, to render services to the widely installed base of Medical/Dental equipment in government and private hospitals.4 Engineers are specially assigned for providing maintenance service for all dental equipment installed at the various facilities in Kuwait. The ATS Division keeps a stock of all spare parts for all types of installed equipments, in order to guarantee and provide quality service to its customers.
